At the moment im just starting out. I have a Korg PadKontrol and Hercules DJ Control with Virtual DJ. I started out using Audacity of all packages to mix Reflektionality Vol 1 (2007) and Disfunktionality Vol 1 (2006). The sequels to these albums, Disfunktionality Vol 2 and Reflektionality Vol 2, respectively, were edited using again of all packages Sony Vegas. You use what you can! My next mixes i'm hoping to buy some proper software such as Ableton Live, Cubase; as well as incorporate live mixes using DJ Kontrol Virtual DJ and WinAmp.
A closely guarded secret that only me and Mr iPod know about. The only thing i can reveal is that I hope to have 3 mixes out in 2010 comprising 1 mix of house music from over the last year, 1 of breakbeat (old and new), and 1 of electroclash tunes from over the last year.
I'm also trying new mixing techniques too and im really looking forward to the adventure of self.

I’m all about the instant upbeat gratification or the relaxing of the soul. ; I suppose this is much like most people, perhaps the MTV generation of short attention spans, is waning through. ; I really like big beats, innovation and intelligence; those are the things that really turn my ear.
